# Manage Safety Bulletins

> Create, distribute, and track acknowledgment of safety bulletins across your organization.

By following this guide, you will create safety bulletins, distribute them to targeted audiences, and track acknowledgment for compliance purposes.

<Info>
  Creating and publishing bulletins requires the **Safety Manager** role or higher. All workspace
  members can view published bulletins relevant to their role.
</Info>

## Create a Bulletin

<Steps>
  ### Step 1: Open the bulletin form

  Navigate to **Safety > Bulletins** in the sidebar and create a new bulletin.

  ### Step 2: Fill in the bulletin details

  Provide a clear title, write the bulletin content using the rich text editor, set the priority (informational, important, or urgent), and select which roles or departments should receive it.

  ### Step 3: Publish or save as draft

  If you want to review before distribution, save as draft. Otherwise, publish to distribute immediately.
</Steps>

## Track Acknowledgment

After publishing, the bulletin detail page shows read receipts, acknowledgment status for bulletins requiring explicit confirmation, and overall distribution metrics across the target audience.

## Use Bulletins for Compliance

Safety bulletins support Part 5 Section 5.91 (Safety Promotion)
requirements by demonstrating that your organization actively
communicates safety information. Bulletin records are included
in compliance evidence packages and can be referenced during
audits.
