Prerequisites
- You must be logged into your workspace with access to the Operations module.
- Any role can view passengers. Creating and editing passengers may require an operational role.
Steps
Use the search field to find passengers by first name, last name, or email. Results filter in real time as you type.
Click any letter in the A-Z filter bar to show only passengers whose name (based on the current sort order) starts with that letter. Click the # symbol to show passengers whose names start with non-alphabetical characters. Click the selected letter again to clear the filter.
Click Edit on any passenger row. The edit dialog opens pre-filled with the passenger’s current information. Make your changes and click Update to save.
Passenger table columns
The passengers table shows:| Column | Description |

Pagination
The passenger list is paginated. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to:- Navigate between pages
- Change the number of rows per page (5, 10, 25, or 50)
Linking passengers to trips
Passengers are linked to trips during the trip creation process:- When creating a trip, step 3 (Passengers & Notes) lets you search and select passengers from your database.
- You can add multiple passengers to a single trip.
- Passengers can also be added to existing trips by editing the trip.
