Admin Settings

This reference documents every settings page available to workspace administrators in PlaneConnection. Settings are accessed from the sidebar under Settings within any module.

Most settings require the Admin or Account Owner role. Some settings (like profile) are available to all users. Role requirements are noted for each section.

Organization Settings

Organization	Settings > Organization	Admin	Workspace name, logo, timezone, default currency, and general organization details.
Organization Profile	Settings > Organization Profile	Admin	Public-facing organization profile for your workspace.
Modules	Settings > Modules	Admin	Enable or disable platform modules (Safety, Operations, FBO, Training).
Companies	Settings > Companies	Admin	Manage company entities within the workspace for multi-entity operations.

People & Structure

Member Permissions	Settings > Members > > Permissions	Admin	Granular permission overrides for individual members beyond their role defaults.
Invite Member	Settings > Members > New	Admin	Invitation form for adding new workspace members.
Permissions	Settings > Permissions	Admin	View and manage permission sets. Configure which roles can access which features.
Roles	Settings > Roles	Admin	View all roles, their descriptions, and member counts. Create custom roles.
Role Detail	Settings > Roles >	Admin	Edit permissions for a specific role.
Departments	Settings > Departments	Admin	Create and manage organizational departments. Assign members.
Org Chart	Settings > Org Chart	Admin	Visual organizational hierarchy showing departments and reporting lines.

Security & Authentication

Security	Settings > Security	Admin	Session policies, login methods, and general security configuration.
Two-Factor Auth	Settings > Security > Two-Factor	Admin	Enable, enforce, and manage 2FA policies (TOTP, passkeys, device auth).
Passkeys	Settings > Security > Passkeys	Admin	Manage passkey enrollment across the workspace. Requires the Passkeys feature to be enabled.
Device Auth	Settings > Security > Device Auth	Admin	Trusted device authorization settings. Requires the Device Authorization feature to be enabled.
SSO	Settings > SSO	Admin	SAML-based Single Sign-On configuration (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace). Requires the SSO feature to be enabled.

Privacy & Data Governance

Privacy	Settings > Privacy	Admin	Privacy controls, consent management, and data handling preferences.
Trust	Settings > Trust	Admin	Trust center with data handling certifications and compliance status.
Data Retention	Settings > Data Retention	Admin	Configure retention periods per data type with archive/delete/notify actions.
Data Sharing	Settings > Data Sharing	Admin	Control what data can be shared externally (SmartScore, benchmarks).
Data Governance	Settings > Data Governance	Admin	Comprehensive data governance dashboard with classification and lineage.
Litigation Hold	Settings > Litigation Hold	Admin	Create and manage legal holds that prevent data deletion.
Privacy Requests	Settings > Privacy Requests	Admin	Handle data subject access requests (DSAR), right to erasure, and data portability.
Privacy Admin	Settings > Privacy Requests > Admin	Admin	Admin view for processing and responding to privacy requests.
SmartScore Consent	Settings > SmartScore Consent	Admin	Manage consent for SmartScore safety benchmarking data sharing.

Billing & Subscription

Create API Key	Settings > API Keys > New	Admin	API key creation form with scope and expiration settings.
Webhooks	Settings > Webhooks	Admin	Configure webhook endpoints for real-time event notifications.
Create Webhook	Settings > Webhooks > New	Admin	Webhook creation form with URL, events, and signing secret.
Webhook Detail	Settings > Webhooks >	Admin	View and edit a webhook endpoint. Delivery history and retry management.

Portal
