This guide helps you track employee hours, build shift schedules, and monitor staffing levels at your FBO facility.
Who should read this: FBO managers, shift supervisors, and administrative staff.Prerequisites: The FBO module must be enabled.
The FBO module must be enabled for your workspace. Contact your workspace administrator if you do not see the FBO section in the sidebar.

Track Employee Time

Navigate to FBO > Time Clock to view all employee clock-in and clock-out records. If you want to review records for payroll, narrow results by employee or date range before exporting.

Create a Shift

Step 1: Name the shift

From FBO > Shifts, choose Add Shift. Enter a descriptive name (e.g., “Weekend Line Service”, “Weekday Fuel Desk”).

Step 2: Assign an employee (optional)

Select an employee, or leave it unassigned to fill later.

Step 3: Set the time window

Enter the Start Time and End Time.

Step 4: Configure recurrence (optional)

If the shift repeats weekly, enable the Recurring toggle and select the Day of Week.

Step 5: Save

Add any relevant Notes about duties or special instructions, then save the shift.

Fill Unassigned Shifts

If you want to find open slots, filter the shifts list for entries with a blank Employee column and assign employees as staffing decisions are made.
