By following this guide, you will use the My Cockpit dashboard to view your upcoming flights, track pilot currency, log expenses, complete post-flight actions, and review your SmartScore.
The Operations module must be enabled for your workspace. You also need the appropriate operations permissions. Contact your workspace administrator if you cannot access these features.
My Cockpit is available to all crew members with the Pilot, SIC (Second in Command), Chief Pilot, or Captain role. The dashboard shows only your personal data — flights you are assigned to, your currency items, and your expenses.

Access My Cockpit

Navigate to Ops > My Cockpit in the sidebar. The dashboard loads with your personalized view.
