This guide helps you navigate the FBO reports section, generate reports across key operational and financial areas, apply filters, and export data for external analysis.
Who should read this: FBO managers, accounting staff, and operations leads who need to review financial performance, occupancy metrics, and operational summaries.Prerequisites: Reports are generated from existing FBO data. Ensure your FBO has active bookings, orders, and transactions to produce meaningful report output.
The FBO module must be enabled for your workspace. Contact your workspace administrator if you do not see the FBO section in the sidebar.
The FBO > Reports page serves as a hub for all report types. Each report card links to a dedicated report view with its own filters, date ranges, and export options. Bookmark the reports you run most frequently.

Available Reports

Navigate to FBO > Reports to see the full report catalog. The following report types are available:

RevenueTotal revenue broken down by category (fuel, hangar, services, other) over a selected period.
SalesPOS sales activity including order count, average order value, and top-selling products.
End of Day (EOD)Daily summary of movements, revenue, fuel gallons, and cash/card/account collections.
OccupancyHangar and tiedown occupancy rates over time, with utilization percentages by unit type.
PaymentsTransaction log filtered by payment method (cash, card, check, house account) with totals.
ReturnsReturn activity including volume, refund amounts, and breakdown by refund method and reason.
DiscountsDiscount code usage, total discount value applied, and redemption rates.
PayrollStaff time entries, hours worked, and shift coverage summaries.
ProductsProduct performance including units sold, revenue per product, and low-stock alerts.
Owner StatementsRevenue and expense summaries for unit owners, including commission calculations and net payouts.

Generate a Report

Step 1: Select the report type

Navigate to FBO > Reports and click the card for the report you want to generate.

Step 2: Set the date range

Use the date range picker at the top of the report view to define the reporting period. Most reports default to the current month.

Step 3: Apply additional filters (optional)

Depending on the report type, additional filters may be available:

  • Revenue — filter by revenue category (fuel, hangar, services)
  • Sales — filter by product category or payment method
  • Occupancy — filter by unit type (hangar, tiedown, ramp)
  • Payments — filter by payment method
  • Owner Statements — filter by owner

    Step 4: Review the results

    The report renders with summary KPIs at the top and a detailed data table or chart below. Review the data for the patterns or metrics you need.

    Export a Report

    Most reports support export for offline analysis or record keeping.

    Step 1: Generate the report

    Follow the steps above to produce the report with your desired filters and date range.

    Click the Export button in the report header. Select the export format if multiple options are available (e.g., CSV, PDF).

    The export file downloads to your browser. CSV exports open in any spreadsheet application for further analysis.

    Run the End-of-Day Report

    The EOD report deserves special attention because it is typically run at the close of each business day to reconcile operations.

    Step 1: Navigate to the EOD report

    Go to FBO > Reports > End of Day, or navigate directly to FBO > EOD.

    Step 2: Select the reporting date

    Choose the date to close out. The report pulls all activity for that day.

    Step 3: Review the daily summary

    The EOD report shows:

  • Total Revenue — combined revenue from all sources
  • Total Movements — inbound and outbound aircraft count
  • Fuel Gallons — total fuel dispensed
  • Cash Collected — total cash received
  • Card Collected — total card payments processed
  • Account Charged — total charged to house accounts

    Step 4: Close the day (optional)

    If your workflow requires a formal daily close, click Close Day to finalize the report. This locks the daily totals and records who closed the day.
    Once a day is closed via the EOD report, its totals are locked. Ensure all transactions for the day have been entered before closing. Any corrections after close require manual adjustments.
